About Sam
Sam is a multi-instrumentalist, recording engineer, producer, composer, and singer-songwriter based in Chicago, IL.
In addition to freelance work, he is on staff at Chicago’s classical radio station 98.7 FM WFMT where he engineers recordings and broadcasts for luminary classical musicians on a weekly basis.
Sam’s guitar playing can be heard on dozens of recordings, and live with many local bands at beloved venues in Chicago and beyond. His sophomore full length album is expected in 2026.
When he’s not making music, he is probably hanging out with his partner Mel and two kittens, Kip and Ridley.
